Sketchnotes

Because my short-term memory is one of my shortcomings I’ve learned to write everything down. Sketching is a way for me to break the monotony of written notes. It forces me to capture what I’m hearing in a more interesting way, to interpret meaning and transcribe that with an added layer of understanding. Crucially, it kept me from falling asleep during healthcare conferences!

Some of my healthcare notes were featured in Mike Rohde’s book, Sketchbook Handbook.
